IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Our website uses a live inventory tracking system so as soon as the item has sold out it won’t necessarily be restocked.

HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEM WILL FIT ME?

We’ve included size guides on each product page so that you can purchase with confidence.

I FILLED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM, WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your purchase has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide us with. This email acts as an invoice and includes your order number.


Please allow 2 working days for the order to be shipped. From then the following shipping guidelines will come into effect;


UK - 3 to 5 working days

Europe - 7 to 10 working days

Worldwide - 7 to 10 working days


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email updating the status of your order.
