SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your purchase has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide us with. This email acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
Please allow 2 working days for the order to be shipped. From then the following shipping guidelines will come into effect;
UK - 3 to 5 working days
Europe - 7 to 10 working days
Worldwide - 7 to 10 working days
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email updating the status of your order.
POSSIBLE DISPATCH DELAYS
If your order is out of stock we will contact you by email to notify you.
If there are some things that we need to verify on your payment details, we will contact you by phone or email to verify.
Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternative address.
We can not be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.
HOW WILL MY GOODS BE PACKAGED?
We have done our best that your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please feedback to us immediately if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery.
CANCELLATION FEES
Once an order has been dispatched it is not always possible to cancel an order due to the quick delivery times. You may need to wait for your parcel to be delivered and then return the order as outlined on our 'RETURNS' page via the button below.
